Job Overview
Contetra Private Limited is hiring a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to lead ERP implementation and digital transformation projects. This is a functional (non-technical) role, ideal for candidates passionate about business processes, stakeholder management, and enterprise systems.
You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle—from discovery to Go-Live and hypercare—while acting as a bridge between business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Drive governance meetings and communication cadence
- Ensure high client satisfaction (CSAT)
2. Project Planning & Execution
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Track progress and manage risks/issues proactively
- Ensure on-time delivery of all project phases
3. Requirements & Documentation
- Prepare and review BRDs/FRDs
- Develop process maps (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Maintain requirements traceability
4. Execution Governance
- Monitor WBS, sprint/phase progress, and blockers
- Ensure smooth coordination across teams
5. Vendor & Technical Coordination
- Work closely with implementation partners
- Ensure scope clarity, SLA adherence, and timely delivery
6. UAT & Go-Live Management
- Plan and execute UAT cycles
- Manage defect tracking and resolution
- Drive Go-Live readiness and sign-offs
7. ERP Functional Understanding
- Provide basic functional support and issue triage
- Coordinate between business and technical teams

- Project Charter & Governance Plan
- BRD / FRD & Process Documentation
- Project Plan, WBS & Status Reports
- UAT Plans, Test Cases & Defect Logs
- Go-Live Checklist & Hypercare Plan
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0–3 years
- Education: MBA / CA / CMA / CPA / ACCA / CIMA (completed or pursuing)
- Strong interest in ERP or digital transformation
Preferred Skills
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
