DSA Banking Telecaller (Kochi)
1. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Dialing potential customers from the bank's database to offer products like Loans.
- Lead Generation: Identifying interested customers and forwarding their details to the sales or field team.
- Product Knowledge: Explaining interest rates, documentation requirements, and benefits clearly in Malayalam and English.
- Follow-ups: Keeping track of customers who were previously interested to ensure they complete their applications.
- Target Achievement: Meeting daily or weekly call targets and lead conversion goals.
2. Working Hours & Schedule
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Standard Day Shift).
- Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Weekly Off: Sunday.
3. Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Freshers are highly welcome.
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass or any 12th Pass .
- Languages: Malayalam: Fluent (Mandatory for Kochi market).
- English/Hindi: Basic understanding is a plus.
- Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge (Excel), and a persuasive personality.
Fixed Salary ₹12,000 – ₹18,000
Incentives₹2,000 – ₹10,000+ (Based on performance)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
