JOB DESCRIPTION – SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR, ACADEMIC FILE MANAGEMENT & CBSE COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
- Coordinate communication between management, staff, students, and parents.
- Maintain school records, documentation, and official correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and CBSE guidelines.
Academic Coordination
- Coordinate with teachers regarding lesson plans, academic schedules, and curriculum implementation.
- Assist in preparing academic calendars and annual planners.
- Monitor timely completion of academic activities and documentation.
- Support teachers in organizing classroom and co-curricular activities.
Examination Management
- Prepare examination schedules and invigilation duty charts.
- Coordinate the smooth conduct of internal and external examinations.
- Maintain examination records and support result processing activities.
Communication & Documentation
- Draft circulars, notices, reports, meeting minutes, and official communications.
- Prepare school write-ups, newsletters, and event reports.
- Ensure timely dissemination of information to parents and staff.
Event & Activity Management
- Organize school events, competitions, workshops, field trips, and special assemblies.
- Coordinate logistics and resource planning for school programs.
- Support the execution of annual functions and educational activities.
Student Support
- Counsel and guide students on academic and personal development matters.
- Address student concerns in coordination with teachers and parents.
- Promote a positive and student-friendly learning environment.
CBSE Coordination & Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain records and documentation required for CBSE affiliation and compliance.
- Coordinate CBSE data submissions, registrations, and board-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to CBSE norms, policies, and academic guidelines.
- Support school inspections, audits, and affiliation processes.
- Coordinate submission of reports and data to CBSE and educational authorities.
- Assist management in implementing CBSE circulars, policies, and academic initiatives.
Additional Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of school administration systems and educational processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management, teachers, students, and parents.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in school administration, academic coordination, and CBSE operations.
- Strong understanding of CBSE procedures, documentation, and school administration.
Experience Required: 2 years
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
