Job Summary
OJD Education is looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executives to increase student admissions and promote the institute's training programs. The candidate will be responsible for conducting seminars, presentations, and promotional activities in schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions while building strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate admissions for various computer and professional courses offered by the institute.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions to promote courses.
- Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, placement cells, and educational authorities.
- Counsel prospective students regarding course benefits, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Participate in educational fairs, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain records of leads, visits, presentations, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for successful execution of promotional activities.
- Identify new opportunities for institutional tie-ups and collaborations.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the city and nearby areas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
Preferred Skills
- Admission counseling experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to conduct seminars and public presentations confidently.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the education and training industry is preferred.
