Job Description
College Guru is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in designing advertisements, branding materials, and social media creatives. Candidates with experience in Advertising Agencies, Digital Marketing Agencies, Branding Agencies, Media Companies, or similar creative environments will be given preference.
The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, excellent design skills, and the ability to create visually engaging content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Create attractive and high-converting YouTube thumbnails.
- Assist in setting up YouTube Live sessions with appropriate titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Design banners, posters, website creatives, notifications, and marketing materials.
- Develop infographics, icons, illustrations, and other digital assets.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for branding and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging visual content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media formats.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Experience in Advertising Agencies, Digital Marketing Agencies, Branding Agencies, Media Companies, or similar organizations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other graphic design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing advertisements, branding, and social media creatives.
- Experience in the Education/EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
- Good command of Business English and Malayalam.
- Ability to type and write in Malayalam without errors.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Interest in building a long-term career in the Education/EdTech industry.
