We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to manage day-to-day transport and logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Plan and support delivery schedules and route optimization
- Track shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare daily operational reports
- Handle customer queries related to delivery and logistics issues
- Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for smooth execution
- Ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods
- This is a night shift role
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidate should be flexible with working hours
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
