Role Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with global finance and accounting expertise to oversee financial operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial reporting in an international business environment. A background in a marketing agency or professional services industry will be a significant advantage. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to optimize financial processes to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee global financial operations, accounting, and reporting in compliance with international standards.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and international tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Optimize financial processes, internal controls, and cost management strategies to improve efficiency.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and provide insights to senior management.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Utilize financial software, ERP systems, and analytics tools to streamline financial operations.
- Support M&A activities, risk management, and global expansion initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a global finance role.
- Experience in B2B marketing agencies, media, or professional services industries is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and global tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience with multi-currency financial management and global tax structures.
- Proficiency in ERP system
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
