Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Handle and convert company-provided leads into successful sales.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities and follow-ups.
- Develop effective sales strategies to increase conversions.
- Maintain strong communication with prospective students/customers.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead or similar role.
- Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in B2C sales conversion.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
