Job Summary:
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation structuring, market salary benchmarking, and pay equity analysis. You will utilize core HR platforms and advanced data modeling to drive strategic total rewards decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market research, and compensation structure reviews.
- Perform data modeling and quantitative analysis using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas).
- Maintain compensation modules and data integrity within HRIS platforms.
- Assist in annual merit cycles, bonus calculations, and job evaluation frameworks.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis and salary benchmarking.
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors or Workday compensation modules.
- Advanced MS Excel capabilities for large-scale data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per month
