Provide application support for systems related to SFDC Home Loan process. • Good understanding and working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) Home Loan processes. • Working knowledge of Jira for incident tracking, ticket management, and issue coordination. • Manage data handling, reporting, and MIS activities with accuracy. • Update and maintain SOPs and EDM documentation regularly. • Provide user support, resolve queries/issues, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution. • Monitor incidents, track tickets, and ensure adherence to support SLAs. • Support day-to-day operational activities and process improvements. Preferred Skills: • Experience in application/production support • Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis • Working knowledge of JIRA ticketing workflow • Documentation management • User coordination and issue resolution
