Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical)
- 8–10 years of relevant maintenance experience
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain plant machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Develop strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor utilities consumption and prepare reports
- Conduct daily inspection of plant machinery and report issues
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Track downtime and generate maintenance reports
- Standardize maintenance procedures and tasks
