Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate who can Manage end-to-end air freight operations for import and export shipments, ensuring timely execution, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination with airlines, customers, transporters, and customs.
Note: Only candidates with logistics operations experience should apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate air import and export shipments.
- Book cargo space with airlines and monitor flight schedules.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (MAWB, HAWB, AWB, Invoice, Packing List).
- Coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents.
- Track shipments and provide timely customer updates.
- Ensure compliance with customs and airline regulations.
- Resolve operational issues and shipment delays.
- Maintain shipment records, billing details, and MIS reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any graduate discipline.
- Certification in Logistics or Freight Forwarding is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of air freight operations and documentation.
- Understanding of import/export procedures and Incoterms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Experience ∙
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
