About the Role
Corporate Gurukul is looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to build partnerships with schools and universities. This role focuses on institutional outreach, pitching our career guidance programs, and generating student leads through academic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with schools, colleges, and universities to build partnerships
- Engage with principals and counselling departments to pitch our programs
- Drive lead generation through seminars, workshops, and on-campus activities
- Convert institutional relationships into consistent student lead pipelines
- Maintain strong partner relationships for repeat engagement
- Track meetings, partnerships, and leads via CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales / partnerships
- Strong experience working with schools, colleges, or institutions
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close partnerships
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
