Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-impact training programs and workshops for teams across locations.
* Create training materials, SOPs, and process documentation to standardize practices.
- Assess training needs, track progress, and measure the effectiveness of learning interventions.
* Coach and mentor teams on communication, client interaction, process adherence, and compliance.
* Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals and KPIs.
* Analyze training metrics and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or coaching roles.
* Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in sales, operations, or process-oriented training is highly desirable.
* Ability to create engaging content and deliver practical, results-driven sessions.
- Familiarity with training evaluation, metrics, and reporting.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
