Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify prospects through intelligent networking, cold calling, and following up on inbound inquiries.
Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their pain points, present compelling business cases, and negotiate pricing.
Deal Closure & Forecasting: Drive the sales cycle from the evaluation stage to final contract closure. Accurately forecast revenue streams on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Mentorship & Leadership: Assist less experienced sales representatives by answering technical questions, teaching improved processes, and coaching on sales pitches.
Account Management: Maintain relationships with clients by providing continuous support, guidance, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
