Role: Junior Interior designer
Job Role:
This is a key role for a designer who can combine strong design expertise with excellent client communication and business development skills. The Senior Designer will be involved from the initial client enquiry and pre-design phase through design development and project execution.
Role Overview:
The Senior Designer will be responsible for understanding client requirements, participating in the pre-design and sales process, developing strong design solutions, leading client presentations, and managing design development throughout the project.
The ideal candidate should be confident in client meetings, capable of presenting design ideas, and comfortable contributing to the conversion of qualified design enquiries into projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Design & Client Engagement:
· Participate in initial client meetings and understand project requirements, lifestyle, design preferences, budget, and expectations.
· Attend site visits and understand project conditions and requirements.
· Participate in design consultations and pre-design discussions.
· Present the studio's design approach, capabilities, portfolio, and process to potential clients.
· Contribute to preparing design proposals and initial project presentations.
· Help qualify design enquiries and understand project feasibility.
· Build trust and strong relationships with prospective clients.
· Participate in follow-ups and contribute to converting qualified enquiries into projects.
Design & Project Leadership
· Lead the design development of residential and commercial interior projects.
· Develop concepts, space planning, 2D drawings, 3D models, and rendered visualizations.
· Present design concepts and proposals confidently to clients.
· Translate client requirements into thoughtful, functional, and visually compelling design solutions.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
· Ensure design intent is clearly communicated during the execution stage.
· Review drawings, 3D visualizations, and design deliverables for accuracy and quality.
· Manage design deliverables and timelines.
· Guide and coordinate with junior designers.
· Maintain the design quality and standards of the studio across projects.
What We're Looking For
· Strong proficiency in *AutoCAD*.
· Strong proficiency in *3D design software* with rendering and visualization skills.
· Strong understanding of interior design, space planning, materials, finishes, and detailing.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Confidence in handling client meetings and design discussions.
· Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into strong design solutions.
· Ability to participate in design-led sales conversations and client follow-ups.
· Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
· Good leadership and team coordination skills.
· Portfolio showcasing strong 2D drawings, 3D models, rendered visualizations, and completed projects.
Candidate Profile:

The candidate should also be capable of independently leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and maintaining high standards of design quality and client experience.
Experience:* 3+ years preferred
Education:* Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
