Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the clinic with a warm and professional approach.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and walk-in patients.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the CRM/system.
- Collect payments, generate invoices, and maintain daily cash and billing records.
- Explain clinic services, offers, and packages to customers whenever required.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow up with customers for appointments, treatments, and feedback.
- Support clinic administration and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, Customer Service Executive, or Clinic Coordinator.
- Experience in healthcare, dental clinics, dermatology clinics, salons, wellness centres, or retail will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Customer-centric attitude and professional appearance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Willing to work on rotational week-offs and flexible shifts as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
