Job Title: Production Head Job Type: Full-Time Location: jalandhar Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Head to oversee and manage complete factory production operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production planning, timely execution of orders, workforce management, quality control, and maintaining productivity targets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day factory production activities and ensure smooth workflow. Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines. Monitor production efficiency and optimize manpower utilization. Ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with purchase, dispatch, design, and management teams for smooth operations. Manage machine operations, maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot production issues. Supervise factory staff, supervisors, and labor teams. Ensure implementation of quality control checks at every stage of production. Maintain production reports, inventory coordination, and material planning. Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and operational efficiency. Drive continuous process improvements to increase output and reduce wastage. Requirements: Proven experience as a Production Head / Factory Manager / Production Manager in manufacturing. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of production planning, fabrication, assembly, and factory operations. Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure. Problem-solving mindset with operational decision-making skills. Knowledge of production machinery and maintenance is preferred. Experience in fitness equipment, metal fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. Qualifications: Diploma / Graduate / Engineering background preferred. Minimum 5+ years of experience in production management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
