Job Title: Event Manager

Job Summary:
Swami Devi Dyal Group of Professional Institutions is looking for a dynamic and organized Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute various institutional events, seminars, workshops, cultural programs, conferences, and promotional activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire event lifecycle from planning to successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage academic, cultural, and promotional events for the institution.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth execution of events.
- Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and required materials.
- Arrange venue setup, stage management, audio-visual equipment, and hospitality.
- Coordinate with speakers, guests, and participants for event scheduling.
- Promote events through internal communication and social media platforms.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and feedback collection after events.
- Supervise event staff, volunteers, and external service providers.
- Ensure all events are conducted as per the institutional standards and timelines.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event planning or event management (preferably in educational institutions).
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creativity in planning engaging events.
- Ability to manage vendors and event logistics efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
