Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding Enlog's presence in the hospitality, co-living, commercial real estate, and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, negotiations, and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Generate qualified leads within hotels, PGs, co-living spaces, commercial buildings, offices, and other target segments.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer pain points related to electricity costs, energy management, and operational efficiency.
- Present Enlog's energy intelligence and IoT solutions to decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and customer success teams for smooth project implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, operations heads, and business stakeholders.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, SaaS sales, IoT sales, energy solutions, facility management, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable with field travel and client meetings.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling to hotels, PGs, co-living operators, commercial properties, facility management companies, or corporate offices.
- Exposure to energy management, electrical solutions, IoT products, SaaS platforms, or technology-based solutions.
- Understanding of consultative sales and solution selling.

- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
