- Preparation and finalization of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Monthly MIS Reports.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances, and ensuring timely statutory filings.
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking transactions, and fund flow management.
- Preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Conducting and supervising internal audits, statutory audits, GST audits, and tax audits.
- Managing stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and physical verification of stock.
- Implementing and monitoring internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Overseeing fixed asset management, depreciation schedules, and asset verification.
- Preparing and reviewing cash flow projections and working capital management reports.
- Handling payroll accounting, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Monitoring debtors and creditors ageing reports and ensuring timely collections.
- Liaising with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and financial regulations.
- Leading ERP implementation and automation of accounting processes.
- Managing cost control, expense analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Preparing management reports, board presentations, and financial dashboards.
- Supporting senior management in strategic financial planning and business decision-making.
- Supervising and mentoring the accounts and finance team to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Maintaining complete confidentiality of the company's financial data and business information.
