As a Production Shift Incharge, you have to oversee daily manufacturing operations during their shift. Responsible for executing production schedules, hitting volume targets, ensuring strict quality control, maintaining strict safety and hygiene compliance, and managing the floor staff to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
