Job Description –Digital Assurance Senior Leader (Bhopal)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the Digital Assurance (DA) practice for the Bhopal region. Would be an added advantage if candidate has an experience to of heading the office operations .
The role will be responsible for overall people leadership, delivery governance, operational management, practice growth, and stakeholder engagement for all DA resources based out of the Bhopal center.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Bhopal DA delivery center and act as the primary anchor for the location

Oversee all DA resources at the Bhopal location, including delivery governance, utilization, people engagement, and performance management

Drive practice growth and strengthen DA capabilities across automation, functional testing, performance testing, and QA transformation initiatives

Ensure delivery excellence across engagements with strong focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with leadership teams across locations ( Pune & Hyderabad) on resource planning, hiring, competency development, and organizational initiatives

Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, and customer discussions for new opportunities

Build and mentor future leaders and high-performing QA teams within the location

Drive operational excellence including compliance, infrastructure coordination, employee engagement, and center-level governance

Establish delivery metrics, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives

Promote innovation and adoption of modern QA practices including AI-led QA, DevOps, and automation-first strategies
Key Skills & Experience

18+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Digital Assurance

Strong experience in delivery leadership and managing large QA teams

Proven expertise in stakeholder management and customer engagement

Experience in managing delivery centres or leading regional operations

Strong understanding of QA consulting, automation, Agile, DevOps, and modern testing practices

Ability to drive team growth, operational governance, and practice expansion

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with enterprise/global customers

Exposure to practice building and centre management responsibilities

Experience driving large-scale QA transformation initiatives

Prior experience managing multi-project delivery teams from a location perspective preferred
