Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing brand social media accounts, content planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Write compelling captions and creative content aligned with brand voice
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives
- Track performance metrics and share monthly reports
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and launches
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth, reels strategy, and engagement tactics
- Experience with Meta Ads and campaign optimization
- Excellent copywriting and content planning skills
- Knowledge of analytics tools and performance reporting
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing
- Experience working with D2C or lifestyle brands is a plus
