Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Senior Sales Officer with 5–6 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of property sales, and experience handling end-to-end customer interactions, from lead generation to deal closure. The candidate should also be familiar with real estate documentation and legal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Identify prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct property site visits and provide detailed project presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Guide customers throughout the sales process until registration and possession.
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments for smooth documentation.
- Prepare and verify booking forms, agreements, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in MS Excel.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5–6 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate documentation and legal procedures.
- Ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and property registration processes.
- Experience in residential and commercial property sales.
- Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
