We are hiring for the position of Sales executive at our multiple branches at Coimbatore

Your Role on the Showroom Floor:
As a Sales Executive, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You won't just sell cars; you will sell the experience, the freedom, and the joy of a new drive.
- The Matchmaker: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their lifestyle needs and budget, and guide them to the perfect vehicle.
- The Showstopper: Conduct enthusiastic vehicle walk-arounds, highlight killer features, and lead memorable test drives that seal the deal.
- The Value Builder: Explain financial schemes, exchange bonuses, insurance options, and extended warranties to maximize value for the customer.
- The Deal Closer: Handle objections smoothly, negotiate seamlessly, manage documentation, and celebrate with the customer during the final vehicle delivery.
- The Networker: Follow up diligently with leads, build a strong reference pipeline, and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.
Who We Are Looking For: Educational Background:
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or Engineering/Diploma holders who love sales are highly welcome!)
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, banking, insurance, or the automobile industry. (Freshers with excellent communication and a hunger to earn incentives are welcome!)
- People Skills: Natural charisma, excellent listening skills, and the ability to build instant rapport in Tamil and English.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient.
- Must-Have: A valid 2-wheeler/4-wheeler driving license (essential for conducting test drives).
