Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Architect to join a premium real estate developer. The candidate will support architectural design, working drawings, project coordination, and site execution for high-quality residential and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural design development and planning.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other architectural software.
- Assist in 2D/3D modelling, presentations and design documentation.
- Coordinate with senior architects, structural/MEP consultants and contractors.
- Conduct site visits and support execution as per approved drawings.
- Assist in material selection, detailing and architectural documentation.
- Review drawings and incorporate design revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing records, revisions and project documentation.
Required Skills
✔ B.Arch from a recognized institution
✔ Good knowledge of AutoCAD
✔ Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3D software will be an advantage
✔ Strong architectural drawing and detailing skills
✔ Good understanding of construction materials and methods
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Attention to detail and willingness to learn
✔ Architecture portfolio will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
