Position: Officer – Sales & Marketing (Cattle Feed)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop cattle feed business in the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with cattle farmers, milk collection centers, dealers, and retailers.
- Identify and acquire new customers and distributors.
- Conduct farmer meetings, customer visits, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Ensure timely product delivery and payment collection.
- Maintain customer and sales records as per company SOP.
Qualification:
- B.Sc. (Science/Agriculture), Dairy Diploma, LSS, or MBA.
Experience:
- Experience in Cattle Feed, Animal Feed, Dairy, Milk Collection Centers, Fertilizer, Pesticide, or Agri Sales.
