- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, security, and office services.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, courier services, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and administrative files.
- Organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Ensure office facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Monitor and process administrative expenses, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by arranging workstations and required resources.
- Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹10,091.56 - ₹30,483.02 per month
