Job Description:-
Required Skilled and detail oriented Manager -Architecture to lead Project design, Coordination and documentation across multiple developments. Managing architects & consultants, regulatory compliances.
1. prepare project brief
2.Design & Coordinate with architects / consultants/ master planners
3. Value Engineering and Budget coordination
4. Liaision coordination for submission like MOEF, CRZ, 10A etc
5.Develop, design, and circulate design brief, master plans in consultation with senior Management.
6.Identify and prepare schedules and list of approvals & drawings for all projects acrossand for different assets.
7.Help assess & evaluate service consultants and service plans in coordination with construction department.
8. Coordinate either directly or through sub ordinate with external architects , service consultants and other design agencies to ensure timely preparation and delivery of construction drawings.
Qualification : -
B.Arch / M.Arch
Post Graduate qualification in Management (IIM ) or Project Management from reputed Institution is preferred
Experience :-
Minimum 5 yrs - 10 years.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
