Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international customers and export markets.
- Generate export sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Handle customer communication through email, calls, and online meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and export documentation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely shipment execution.
- Maintain relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients.
- Follow up on payments, orders, and customer requirements.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and market research activities.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with export procedures and documentation requirements.
