Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Executive to generate new business for our digital marketing services. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their business needs, presenting suitable solutions, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and messages
Present and explain our digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.)
Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
Generate and qualify leads from multiple sources
Schedule meetings, consultations, or service demos when required
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into clients
Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM records
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Skills Required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Confidence in interacting with business clients
Ability to handle rejection positively
Good time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
Any graduate
1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably digital marketing sales)
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
