Key Responsibilities Office Administration
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office.
- Maintain office files, registers, and confidential records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and procure stationery and office materials.
- Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on pending requirements.
- Maintain client databases and service records.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up reports.
