Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper with at least 1 year of experience to manage inventory and maintain smooth store operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling stock, maintaining records, and ensuring proper storage of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of items
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Issue materials as per company procedures
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory records
- Conduct regular physical stock verification
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
- Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments
- Follow safety and security procedures in the store area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Store Keeper / Store Assistant
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Familiarity with MS Excel and stock management software
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain records accurately
- Basic knowledge of GST documentation (preferred)
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Driving License (Two-wheeler preferred)
- Willing to work in Trichy and nearby locations
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
