Roles and Responsibilities
* Inspect vehicle to diagnose issues accurately.
* Register issues listening to customer complaints in the job card.
* Calculate repairing cost, time delivery, and additional works in the vehicle.
* Verifies vehicle by conducting test drives.
* Explain the bill to the customers in detail.
* Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives.
* Explain the customer about the future complaints of their vehicle.
* Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
