Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel and Vue.js/Nuxt.js to join a dynamic remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable web applications, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong backend development capabilities along with modern frontend development experience and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Backend Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Laravel 10 or above and a deep understanding of the Laravel ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of scalable application architecture, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Good knowledge of SQL schema design and SOLID principles.
- Experience with MySQL query optimization and performance tuning.
- Expertise in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience documenting APIs using tools such as:
- Postman.
- Bruno.
- Insomnia.
- Familiarity with server setup, deployment processes, or working with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Frontend Development:
- Strong proficiency in:
- HTML5.
- CSS3.
- JavaScript.
- Sass or similar CSS preprocessors.
- Hands-on experience with Vue.js/Nuxt.js.
- Understanding of modern frontend development practices, including:
- State management.
- Reusable components.
- Responsive design.
- Composables.
Development Practices & Tools:
- Proficient in using Git for version control and team collaboration.
- Experience writing unit tests and building testable, maintainable code.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience working with Stripe APIs and payment gateway integrations.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with the following will be an added advantage:
- Vitest.
- Cypress or Playwright.
- TypeScript.
