HashHackCode is looking for an MBA Business Development Intern to support our outreach, partnerships, and growth efforts. This role is ideal for MBA students or graduates who are interested in business development, sales, marketing, partnerships, and purpose-driven growth.

Your roles and responsibilities:
- Market Research: Identify potential schools, learning centers, organizations, communities, and partners for outreach.
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a list of potential clients, partners, schools, and outreach contacts.
- Outreach Support: Assist in contacting potential partners through email, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Business Development: Support the team in creating pitches, proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication.
- Partnership Support: Help explore collaboration opportunities with schools, organizations, communities, and institutions.
- Marketing Support: Work with the content and design teams to support campaigns, event promotions, and basic marketing material.
- Client Communication: Help maintain relationships with potential and existing partners through timely follow-ups.
- Reporting: Maintain trackers, update outreach status, and share simple weekly progress reports.
What we require:
- MBA student or graduate: Suitable for students or graduates from marketing, business, entrepreneurship, sales, or related fields.
- Good communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Research mindset: Ability to find relevant leads, organize information, and understand target audiences.
- Interest in sales and outreach: Willingness to learn pitching, follow-ups, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Organized and proactive: Comfortable maintaining trackers, following up regularly, and working independently.
- Tool comfort: Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, email, LinkedIn, and collaborative online tools.
- Passion for inclusion: A genuine interest in supporting inclusive education and meaningful social impact.
