Sales Executive job description
A Sales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into active customers.
Sales Executive Job responsibilities :
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills (Bengali, Hindi) and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through WhatsApp.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel )
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
