Position: Home Room Teacher
Qualification: MTTC / D.El.Ed (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Care and Supervision
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of students entrusted to the class.
- Monitor students' attendance, punctuality, and overall behavior.
- Provide a nurturing and child-friendly learning environment.
2. Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the school's curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and assessments.
- Evaluate students' academic performance and maintain progress records.
- Support students with different learning abilities and needs.
3. Classroom Management
- Maintain a positive, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Implement classroom rules and behavior management strategies.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of classroom resources.
4. Student Development
- Foster students' social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and participation in class activities.
- Identify and address learning difficulties or behavioral concerns.
5. Parent Communication
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Inform parents about academic performance, attendance, and behavioral matters.
6. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain attendance registers, assessment records, and student portfolios.
- Prepare report cards and other academic documentation as required.
- Submit reports and records within stipulated timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
