- Raw Material Testing: Testing raw milk for fat, SNF, acidity, density, and adulteration before processing.
- Process Monitoring: Checking critical control points during pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging to ensure consistency.
- Lab Testing: Conducting chemical and microbiological analysis of finished products.
- Compliance & Hygiene: Ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records for audits and quality assurance.
