Job Description
Sourcemash is looking for a Digital Marketing & SEO Manager to own our organic visibility and digital presence end-to-end — from technical SEO and content strategy to website performance and campaign execution. This role is for someone who can both think strategically about how enterprise IT buyers search and evaluate vendors, and get hands-on with execution: keyword research, on-page fixes, content briefs, link building, and reporting. You'll work closely with the BD and delivery teams to make sure our digital presence reflects and supports active outreach across our service lines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and link-building to improve search visibility.
Plan and manage an SEO-driven content strategy, including blogs, service pages, landing pages, and case studies aligned with buyer intent.
Optimize website structure, internal linking, CTAs, landing pages, and conversion paths to increase lead generation from organic traffic.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn (organic and paid), and email marketing to support business development initiatives.
Manage LinkedIn content calendars for company and leadership profiles, ensuring consistent brand messaging and thought leadership.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and messaging to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
Own Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance dashboards, tracking SEO, traffic, lead attribution, and campaign ROI.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing and business development outcomes.
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a proven track record in SEO, preferably in B2B, IT Services, SaaS, or technology companies.
Strong expertise in technical SEO, including site audits, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and on-page optimization.
Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
Strong content marketing skills with the ability to create or brief SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
Experience managing WordPress (or similar CMS) to implement SEO and content updates independently.
Experience planning and executing LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns, along with Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance, build dashboards, and connect marketing metrics to business results.
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have: Experience marketing IT services, enterprise software, Adobe Commerce, AI/GenAI solutions, or staffing/delivery services. Basic design skills using Canva or Figma for creating marketing assets. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), email nurture campaigns, and lead generation best practices.
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
