About the Role
KIMIRICA is looking for a Beauty Advisor / Sr. Beauty Advisor for our luxury retail store at The Trees, Vikhroli. The role will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending the right products and delivering a premium in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable KIMIRICA products.
- Explain product features, benefits and usage to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling across different product categories.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain complete knowledge of KIMIRICA products, new launches and offers.
- Ensure products and displays are maintained as per store and brand standards.
- Maintain high standards of grooming and customer service.
- Support daily store operations, billing and stock-related activities.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
For Sr. Beauty Advisor
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
- Guide and support other team members when required.
- Help maintain overall customer service and store standards.
Requirements
- Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury retail, premium retail or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Good product understanding and willingness to learn.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
- Candidates based in Mumbai or nearby locations will be preferred.
