As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll act as a trusted subject matter expert across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering with senior business and People leaders to deliver differentiated attraction and hiring strategies. You’ll shape approaches based on role, channel and market dynamics, with a focus on leading senior and executive hiring activity across Senior Manager, senior and critical roles.
You’ll maintain oversight of demand and Talent Acquisition activity across your business area, making sure hiring plans are delivered effectively and aligned to strategic priorities. As you identify and drive Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, you’ll lead the delivery of scalable, efficient and high-quality recruitment services. You’ll apply an executive search mindset to identify, engage and secure leadership talent that delivers measurable business impact.
You’ll be:
- Establishing and continuously improving end‑to‑end attraction, sourcing, assessment and selection strategies, using innovative approaches to attract diverse, scarce and critical skills
- Leading specialist areas or communities of practices, centred on Executive and Senior Manager hiring, to build capability and consistency
- Using management information and analytics to track performance, identify trends and drive continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes and decision‑making
- Identifying business challenges and market trends, anticipating their impact on Talent Acquisition and shaping proactive responses
- Leading, developing and managing a high-performing team, building capability and engagement team to meet business and customer needs
You’ll bring a strong track record in senior and executive hiring, including Director‑level and above talent, as essential to the role. You’ll also have proven Talent Acquisition leadership experience of atleast 18 years in a large, complex organisation, ideally within a regulated environment.
With deep expertise across the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle, you’ll have a strong understanding of modern, evidence‑based attraction and assessment approaches, and how these can be applied to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes. Partnering with executives to source exceptional talent for our senior leadership roles, you’ll have the ability to develop trust and inspire confidence in attracting and hiring top-tier talent.
We’ll expect you to have:
- Strong senior stakeholder management capability, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions
- A consultative approach to Talent Acquisition, providing expert advice and guidance to shape senior hiring strategies and solve complex talent challenges
- Experience leading and developing high‑performing Talent Acquisition teams
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing suppliers and delivering measurable return on investment
