Responsibilities: **
1 Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
2 Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
3 Maintain office procedures and administrative systems (e.g., filing, databases, records management).
4 Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
5 Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
6 Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
7 Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
8 Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
9 Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned.
10 Provide general administrative support to the office team.
Requirements:
1 Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
2 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software
(e.g., ERP systems).
3 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4 Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
5 Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
6 Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
