We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled 2D Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and precise CAD drawings for various interior projects, collaborating with designers and project managers to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D CAD drawings for interior fit-out projects, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately represented in drawings.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes in project scope.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes and standards.
- Assist in preparing cutting list if needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree/Diploma in Civil/Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
