Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide patient care services in the blood bank, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Conduct counseling sessions with patients to educate them about blood transfusions and related procedures.
- Develop strong relationships with patients through effective communication and empathetic support.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care services.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role (Blood Bank or Hospital).
- Strong understanding of MSW principles and practices.
- Excellent psychology skills for effective patient counseling and relations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
