The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, paid advertising platforms, email, and other digital channels.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content marketing, SEO, lead generation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing:
* Manage and grow KlickEdu’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
* Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
* Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, and educational content.
* Monitor trends and develop content relevant to students, parents, and study-abroad aspirants.
* Track engagement, reach, followers, enquiries, and conversions.
2. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
* Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Generate high-quality leads for study-abroad counselling and university admissions.
* Conduct audience research and create appropriate targeting strategies.
* Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
* Regularly test different creatives, audiences, copy, and campaigns to improve performance.
3. Content Marketing
* Develop content ideas related to:
* Study Abroad
* University admissions
* Courses and programs
* Scholarships
* Visa guidance
* Student success stories
* University updates
* Educational opportunities
* Work closely with the graphic designer/video editor to produce high-quality marketing creatives.
* Write engaging captions, ad copies, headlines, and promotional content.
4. SEO & Website Marketing
* Implement basic on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
* Conduct keyword research related to study-abroad courses, universities, and destinations.
* Optimize website content for search visibility.
* Monitor website traffic, rankings, and organic lead generation.
5. Analytics & Reporting
* Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and advertising dashboards.
* Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
* Identify successful campaigns and areas requiring improvement.
* Provide actionable recommendations based on data.
6. Lead & CRM Coordination
* Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams to ensure proper follow-up of digital leads.
* Monitor lead quality and campaign-wise lead performance.
* Track lead conversion from enquiry to counselling/admission.
* Work with the CRM team to maintain accurate lead sources and campaign data.
7. Brand Management
* Maintain consistency in KlickEdu’s branding, communication, and digital presence.
* Monitor online reputation and audience feedback.
* Ensure all marketing communication is professional, accurate, and aligned with company objectives.

* Experience in the education, study-abroad, edtech, or lead-generation industry is preferred.
