Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets.
- Lead, guide and monitor the sales team.
- Handle customer enquiries and support deal closures.
- Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare reports.
- Support sales planning, promotions and team coordination.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
