- Experience in working on a back office application, understanding on emails
- MS Excel and basic SQL knowledge
- Ability to communicate and interface with client and internal management
- Creating defined and adhoc reports on inventory management and account management
- Knowledge of encryption and decryption is a mandate along with File Movements over the
- SFTP
- Handling back office activity like file processing, reconciliation etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills [English]
- Excellent logical skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and SQL
- Minimum 1 year experience in Back office – MIS role
- Willingness to work night shifts & Flexible week offs
- Qualification – Minimum HSC. Graduate & additional certification preferred
