Identify, reach out to, and onboard B2B clients across industries
Drive lead generation through calls, emails, networking, and research
Understand client hiring needs and pitch TimesJobs/AI recruitment solutions
Deliver effective demos, presentations, and consultative sales pitches
Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly activity & revenue targets
Update CRM, prepare BD reports, and support marketing-led conversions.
2–4 years of proven B2B Sales / Corporate Sales experience
Strong communication skills & confidence in cold calling
Experience meeting sales quotas and managing pipelines
Good understanding of sales metrics
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
